Dongguan Yuguang Lighting Co., Ltd (formerly known as Dongguan Yuguang Electrical Appliance Factory) was established in 1996 and is a professional manufacturer specializing in the production of light bulbs and light strings, with over two decades of experience in production and product design.
In 2005, the company introduced advanced environmentally friendly electrostatic spraying technology from abroad (Panasonic) and fully automated product testing equipment, thereby meeting higher environmental standards for its products. This positioned the company as a leader in this technology and earned it international recognition. It has established long-term strategic partnerships with companies such as Philips, GE, Sharp, Siemens, Samsung, and Emerson.
The company fully implements Philips' process control and quality management requirements, adhering to Philips' lean production philosophy. It continuously explores and optimizes various production processes, including automated copper plate insertion, automatic assembly, and fully automated testing/packaging technology. These advancements not only reduce production costs but also increase output and quality, enabling the company to maintain its leading position in the highly competitive industry. The company occupies an area of 28,000 square meters, with over 40 technical backbone staff, over 20 management personnel, and over 300 employees.
In 2016, under the collective efforts of all employees, the company achieved robust growth, investing in two HDPE sheet production lines for the Rubber and Plastic Division (specialized in precision logistics rubber and plastic sliding pallets).
